outcome of the recent discussion.

Since neither may have enough PMC members active, this vote will be
held by lazy consensus.

has passed. All comments in this email thread were in favor of the
move.

I'll inform the Attic now and include a call for volunteers to
complete the associated tasks for the move(s).
